Fereshteh Residential
Located in one of Tehran’s evolving urban neighborhoods, this contemporary residential building redefines apartment living through a dynamic architectural expression and a strong connection to outdoor space. The project is characterized by its distinctive volumetric composition. Staggered cubic forms create a sculptural façade that enhances natural light, maximizes views, and provides generous private terraces for each unit. The interplay of solid and void not only gives the building a bold architectural identity but also ensures privacy while maintaining openness toward the surrounding city. Designed with a human centered approach, the building integrates greenery into every level. Planted balconies and landscaped communal areas soften the urban context and introduce a sense of calm within the dense metropolitan fabric of Tehran. The elevated ground floor creates a semi public threshold, offering landscaped spaces that encourage interaction while maintaining residential security and privacy. Large floor to ceiling windows strengthen the indoor-outdoor relationship, allowing abundant daylight to penetrate deep into the living spaces. The modern façade, defined by clean white volumes and transparent railings, reflects a contemporary aesthetic while responding to local climatic conditions. This project embodies a balance between architectural innovation, environmental awareness, and urban living offering residents comfort, privacy, and a strong visual identity within the city.
