Architectural Design process

Once the feasibility study is complete, we’ll schedule a session with you to discuss your vision for your dream house. During this meeting, we’ll explore key details, including architectural styles, space planning, dimensions for different rooms, and any unique features you want in your home.

Design Development

We’ll present multiple design ideas and work with you through several sessions to narrow it down to a design you are happy with.

Once the schematic design is approved, we’ll move into the design development phase. We’ll also review this with you to make sure it aligns with your vision.
