This contemporary residential tower, located in Tehran, presents a refined architectural response to urban density while maintaining a strong connection to nature and human scale. The design is defined by a clear vertical composition, combining exposed concrete frames, warm brick surfaces, and transparent glass elements. The interplay of these materials creates a balanced façade that is both modern and contextually grounded. Deep balconies and recessed openings provide shade, privacy, and an enhanced relationship between interior living spaces and the surrounding city. A carefully designed entrance sequence strengthens the project’s identity. Landscaped pathways, mature trees, and layered greenery guide residents and visitors toward the main lobby, creating a gradual transition from the public street to the private residential environment. The elevated entrance and stepped approach enhance spatial experience while reinforcing security and privacy. Natural light plays a central role in the architectural concept. Large windows and transparent railings maximize daylight penetration and offer expansive views, while passive design strategies help moderate Tehran’s climate conditions.
